Refund & Cancellation Policy

ℹ️ Transparency Notice: All digital marketing retainers, custom code builds, and mentorship sessions involve dedicated time and engineering expertise. Please review our policy guidelines prior to service initiation.

1. Digital Marketing & Retainer Services

• Monthly Retainers: Retainer contracts can be cancelled with 7 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Fees paid for ongoing monthly cycles are non-refundable.
• Initial Campaign Setup: Setup fees covering ad account auditing, Meta CAPI server configuration, landing page CRO, and audience research are non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. AI Automations & Web Development Projects

• Milestone-Based Payments: Custom N8n AI agent workflows, voice bot implementations, and PHP web builds are billed per milestone. Completed milestones accepted by the client are non-refundable.
• Project Cancellation: If a project is cancelled mid-way prior to milestone completion, unspent deposit funds for unworked stages will be refunded within 7 business days.

3. 1-on-1 Mentorship & Live Courses

• Rescheduling Policy: Live 1-on-1 mentorship sessions can be rescheduled free of charge if requested at least 12 hours prior to start time.
• Course Cancellation: Course enrollment fees can be refunded 100% up to 24 hours before the first session start. Once mentorship materials or live sessions commence, fees are non-refundable.

4. Third-Party Ad Spend & SaaS Tools

Ad budgets paid directly to Google Ads, Meta Ads, or third-party SaaS tool subscriptions (OpenAI API, Twilio, WhatsApp Cloud API) are non-refundable by us as they are paid directly to external vendors.
